2051 E MADISON ST: Notice of Design Review Early Design Guidance Meeting (Sept. 19, 6:30 PM, Miller Community Center). This is the first Design Review Hearing for Jim Mueller's project to demolish and redevelop the land where the Twilight Exit (formerly Oscar's II) now sits. Your comments at this first meeting will carry extra weight.
