• General impression: everyone very impressed. All hope that Jim finds the financing to move ahead.
• Recent nosing around on the King County GIS site revealed some recent transactions:
• Sale of Chester Dorsey's car detailing site on Madison was a foreclosure. It was then sold to the Madison Temple next door (10/20/08).
• The Madison Temple sold their large empty parcel at 22nd & Madison on 10/8/08, perhaps to fund the above purchase.
• Twilight Exit business was slated to move to 25th & Cherry soon, but there's a nasty problem.
