Volunteers needed for Miller Holiday Party
The Miller Community Center and The Country Doctor's Holiday Party is Saturday, December 13th from 10 am to 3pm. This year we are expecting an attendance of 1200 plus people. We have many activities for kids including picture with Santa, games, bounce toys, cookie decoration, arts & crafts, etc. Take a look at a slide show from last year, to get an idea of what goes on.

Here’s our best guess on what volunteers we need:
- People to help set-up on Friday 12/12/08 from 5 to 8 PM
- Parking attendants (arrive at 9:30 am, 12/13/08, at Miller for instruction) : very large crowds need "guidance" in efficiently using the parking lot. Dress warmly for this job. We'll rotate in and out of the Center to warm up.
- Assorted volunteers for Saturday (10 - 3)
- Volunteers to help tidy up (after 3)
Lake Street Catering is again providing free turkey dinners for the families and volunteers.
Anyone interested in volunteering, please email Zoom.piksa@seattle.gov or call to sign-up at 206-684-4753.
