  (1) CNC's Workshop on Incentive Zoning--Tues., Oct. 21, 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the West Precinct, 810 Virginia St. For detail on the event: http://www.seattle.gov/neighborhoodcouncil/IZW.pdf Incentive zoning (now referred to by the Mayor and City Council as the "Workforce Housing Incentive Program") would involve neighborhood upzones and bigger buildings for social ends.   (2) CNC's Budget Committee--Wed., Oct. 22, 5-6 p.m. in room 370 of City Hall, 601 Fifth Avenue. Purpose is to review the Mayor's budget proposals and draft a comment letter for possible CNC action. The Mayor's proposed budget is at http://seattle.gov/financedepartment and the City Council's beginnings of considering it are at http://seattle.gov/council.
