The only access to Eastlake from Capital Hill is from the University District, and this is difficult. I had to take the freeway to the U District. I wish the planners of the Marathon would take this into consideration. Those of us who live in Eastlake do not like to be imprisoned during this event.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
